BUT DEFINITELY, contact the property owner about the SUCKY AWEFUL POTHOLES in the parking area.  No good excuse for that for 2+years. Owner takes care of any issue that arises very promptly, which is super great and considerate.  Do wish people would STOP leaving their clothes in washers for hours. There were plenty of washers, so I didn't have to wait, and they got my clothes really clean. The dryers worked great too—I only had to run them once. I wish the vending machines worked with the Dexter app. I love that it's open 24 hours when everything else here closes around 9pm. Be kind while you're there. Many locals frequent this place. It has dozens of washing machines in a variety of sizes-- the bigger few options are larger than most of their competitors in the area. The dryers are all the same size except that one industrial size in the front, but they're more than enough to accommodate anything I've ever had to dry. The machines can accept payment in quarters as well as with digital money through a smartphone app. They have a change machine for bills, and a soap/softener vending station that doesn't always have every option available but does usually have at least one option available in every category. They have a customer restroom and a snack/drink combo vending machine. It's usually blazing hot inside year round, so be prepared for that.

I contacted The Clothes Spin with some questions about their facilities on Timberlake and the owners replied right away and answered all my questions. I've visited this location about 10 times now and it is always clean and not so busy that I have to wait for a machine. They offer machines in many different sizes, including a massive machine for really large items. The dryers dry items quickly. I have been using the free Dexter Laundry app that's offered for this location and find it easy and convenient to use. You can pay as you go, or pre-load funds onto the app. If you pay as you go, just be aware that the app will hold funds of $15 per machine that won't be released until the next day. Preloading funds is definitely the way to go. When you use the app, you have more options available on the machines than you do paying cash, for instance prewash, extra rinse, etc. You can also do a 3-minute drum clean for $1 per machine (helpful if the last person used the machine to wash their pet bedding or shoes). Then you can sit back and monitor the time left on your machines directly from the app. If you choose to pay with quarters they have a change machine that takes $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. As of April 2025, a standard small/medium, large or extra large load will run you $3.75, $5.75 or $8.75 respectively, with bigger machines available at a higher cost (not sure the amount). The dryers are $1.25 for 20 minutes and .25 per 4 minutes thereafter. A large load drys in about 20-30 minutes. There are plenty of folding tables and laundry carts, and there is a coin operated vending machine for laundry supplies and another for snacks.

Cost was reasonable and similar to other laundromats. One of few that has a bathroom for customers, and it was clean and well supplied.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This facility is kept clean regularly, including the bathrooms. Never ran into a problem with the quarter machine. All machines can be paid using app on phone for those times you don't have cash on you. Bonus of using app is you get notifications when it's time to add bleach and when machines is done. There is a snack and drink but they are coin only for payment. I am a night owl who doesn't remember laundry during day so this 24 hour laundromat is a huge help. It's conveniently located close to Big  Lots, Joe Beans, Bagels and I, and if you get hungry late hours, the 7 Eleven and Sheetz aren't too far down the road. Washers can be set to do prewash and extra rinses for those real soiled loads and clean well with cold water, but you still have option of warm and hot. Machines are high efficiency and don't use a lot of water to get the job done right. I wished the dryers heated better as I usually end up doing 2 rounds of drying per load.

I go to wash my husband's work uniforms twice a week...I Love the place I call it my happy place until today Sunday big mistake A customer was there with large amounts of clothes taken all the machines and dryers I waited for both and it was hard to get to the changer the customer  had her bags piled up in front the money changer then I had to wait for a washer and a dryer because she had them all taken.. I will be going back to my Mondays and Thursdays. Customers need to learn how to be considerate two others.... No more weekends...

The machines all seem to be in good working order so maintenance is being kept up.  I was able to get a large load of clothes washed than dried in just around 1 hour. I didn’t have to restart the drying process at all so heating on the first go is great.  Absolutely love the app you can down load, pay from your phone and get updates on where you are in the process.

It is also a very nice environment to hangout and fold your clothes here... Typically you will run into someone who you know which makes the waiting time fly by... They also have very nice vending machines to get snacks and drinks while waiting for your clothes aswell... Nice facilities... The only issue with this place is one the homeless people come here at nice to lay their heads especially in the cold weather due to them being open 24 hours and due to this the bathrooms are usually either locked with someone in there sleep or either using drugs or even worse using the bathroom and not cleaning up behind themselves which is very nasty especially in this public place.

You can depend on washer change being available in the dollar bill machines which is vitally important!  We enjoy the bagels next door while we wait for wash cycle to finish! They have a few massive washers to do the largest comforters or heavier loads of work uniforms. Dryers work well and quickly! Very grateful to find this resource and hope it stays just like it is a long time! Great folding tables to spare your back and no mold or leaks. Also a clean restroom if needed. Only thing to make it better would be an air purifier because we are so fragrance sensitive to others dryer sheets or fragranced detergents and fabric softeners. This is a well run much needed resource for anyone who needs to wash bulky large comforters or has a machine break or doesn’t have laundry facilities at home.  Highly recommend this laundromat!!

The machines have been cleaned, sign for WI-FI, floors are clean. So good job. Has changed my opinion. I’m impressed they listened to criticism and took appropriate action!! Once the have ability to pay via app it will be 5 stars. —————first review——— For a new location (Timberlake) tops of machines are very dirty. Website advertises free Wi-Fi and ability to pay via app (nice if you didn’t happen to bring cash). BUT Neither is available. No sign with Wi-Fi password to be found. No answer to text message requesting password. No ability to pay for services via app that is specified on website.  For a Wednesday late morning trip floors are dirty (candy wrappers, bags, etc. ). For a place with numerous surveillance cameras you’d think they would know when they need to clean.  $6.50 for a cold wash. Another couple bucks to dry.  No one in attendance. The atmosphere & parking is much better than the other location on the other side of town (🙊where it reaked of onions near overflowing garbage🙈some dude was eyeballing me while sorting his laundry on the wet ground 🙉some weirdo came out the bathroom slurring a request for a cigarette, I think) This location doesn't seem to attract unsavory types & was spotless. Also, just for the fact it's flat & the way spots are facing door, several cars can pull up to unload at same time. Thank You for helping a weary traveler find a safe haven to wash a mountain of laundry while moving, Bless you, your family & business as well as the good people of this community you serve. Love that it's usually quiet & not packed at all....most of of the time it's clean too but the ppl who come to do laundry don't mind grabbing the broom & cleaning up while they wait for their laundry to finish up, that's the best part bc it shows they love going there too 😁
